Personal Bio
I was born in California, but grew up in Washington State. I grew up in a large family, with three sisters and four brothers. At age 19, I took a break from school to serve a two year mission in Taiwan for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I met my wife while finishing up my undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. We have six children (two girls and four boys) whom we are very proud of and bring us so much joy. My desires to be a good husband and father, follow the example of Jesus Christ, serve and help others, and show unconditional love to everyone are driving influences in all that I do.
For fun I love to travel with my family and experience different cultures (I have all 50 states and 4 continents checked off my travel list). I enjoy playing sports and engaging in any type of physical activity, especially hiking with my children. We love being able to call Pocatello our home. I also enjoy taking care of our backyard orchard (we have 6 peach trees, 5 apple trees, 2 pear trees, and an apricot tree), playing board games, and listening to audio books while exercising.
